Shipping Policy
• All items must be opened and inspected prior to accepting delivery.
• If countertop and or bowl is damaged, refuse delivery. A replacement will be sent.
• If end splash or back splash is missing or damaged, accept delivery but, note issue on shipping manifest. We will send you
a replacement.
• If a prearranged delivery is missed by the customer, there will be a minimum of a $120.00 reshipment fee.
• If an item is refused for damage and it is determined by us that the damage would not affect the use or astetics of the item, a minimum of a $120.00 reshipment fee
will be required to to resend the item.
Refund Policy
• Refunds are typically not available but, are handled on a case by case basis.
• Be sure to check your order for color and size. Refunds will not be given for customer errors.
• Factory errors (color, bowl placement, size) will be corrected and a replacement item will be sent to the customer.
